All concierge and errand services are provided by the hour. Complimentary phone consultation available for the first hour!

Twenty-four hour notice is requested, however, we do understand that emergencies come up from time to time. At The Go To Gals, LLC, we will do what we can to accommodate your time sensitive matter. Just give us a call and we will do our very best to assist you.

Rates and Hours

Home & Office Organizing Rates Differ


Monday thru Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

$15/hr. Additional Premium
Monday thru Friday 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. & 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

$25/hr. Additional Premium
Major Holidays

All services require a minimum of one hour. Fees are then calculated in 15-minute increments thereafter. As many services as possible will be completed in the hour. Hourly rate begins from the time of departure, at The Go To Gals, LLC location, and continues until the requested task is completed.

Hourly rates do not include the cost of items purchased. You have the option of providing, cash, check, or you can pre-purchase items with your credit card. There is a 5% fee for any items or expenses purchased with The Go To Gals, LLC funds. This fee is non-refundable.

Reduced rates are available for advance purchase of multiple hours. We would be pleased to discuss how we can customize your needs so that you may benefit from our services.

Gift Certificates

Give someone you care about the ultimate gift… time. Our services are available for purchase in the form of a gift certificate. What better way to say thank you to your assistant or hardworking employee, show your concern to someone recuperating from surgery, share the joy with new parents, assist the frequent traveler or busy executive, welcome the new homeowner? This is simply the most unique gift to anyone, especially people who have everything… but extra time.

Hours must be used within a 12-month period from the date of purchase. No refunds for unused time.

Polices

Payment

Monies are due upon completion of services rendered. The Go To Gals, LLC accepts cash, checks and all major credit cards. A $25 fee will be assessed for any returned checks.

Cancellations

If it is necessary to cancel a scheduled service, The Go To Gals, LLC requires 24 hour advance notice. Failure to provide this requirement will result in a $30.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation fees for all special events such as b’nei mitzvahs, weddings, etc. is substantially higher per the Event Contract.

Access to Client’s Property

If The Go To Gals, LLC cannot gain access to the client’s residence or place of business, the client will be charged a $30.00 cancellation fee.

Personal Information

First and foremost, all information regarding clients of The Go To Gals, LLC is held in the strictest confidence and will not be sold to any outside source. We take the protection of your privacy very seriously and have implemented a policy for the handling of your confidential and personal information.
